Come jump in the tub!

More Joy Regina is being held on Bell Let’s Talk Day (January 29th, 2020)
in Regina, Saskatchewan at the Conexus Arts Centre.

If you’re struggling with anxiety/depression or know of someone who is, this event will provide a relaxing, information-based evening of support that may change how you view depression, anxiety … and JOY! Try this bathtub photo booth thanks to our partner Sask. Science Centre.

NHL goalie and depression sufferer Clint Malarchuk and his wife Joanie will tell their remarkable story of surviving Clint’s suicide attempt. Clint’s book ‘The Crazy Game’ highlights his life-long struggle with depression/anxiety/OCD and his remarkable recovery. After shooting himself in the chin while his wife watched, Clint survived and tells about that fateful day, and the reason why he believes his life was spared.

The workshop will also feature professional mental health speakers who offer a deeper understanding of anxiety/depression and strategies to cope.
