Our More Joy Journal comes complete with a pen, as well as a folder in the back for notes or a set of More Joy Coping Cards. We invite you to use this great notebook during our month of journaling (March, 2020).
More Joy Coping Cards are a set of two-sided cards containing mental health information and tools. On the front of each of the 30 cards you’ll find quick reminders. On the back is researched advice. The cards were created in partnership with the University of Waterloo’s Tina Chan and were reviewed by a panel of Saskatchewan mental health experts.
