All you have to do is write down 5 things you’re grateful for each day (these don’t have to be shared).
I’d like you to rate your joy level RIGHT NOW on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is downright depressed and 10 is over the moon).
At the end of 21 days, please rate your joy level again to see if it has risen.
